She then arranged to have the contents that we weren’t keeping delivered to our favorite charities . Throughout this entire process she over, communicated by telephone, text and email on a daily basis we had about seven or eight showings ….which she was in attendance for all, We accepted a very strong offer within the first 30 days. Upon closing she was able to assist us with getting temporary housing as our home would not be ready for another 90 days she also arranged to find a facility where I could park an extra vehicle until we move into our new home . After closing we went on a family vacation and Jennil volunteered to check our home daily to ensure safety. I could go on writing many more pages on our experience Jennil she is an absolute rockstar, and I’ve already recommended her to other friends and neighbors. She has certainly earned the trust, respect of my family and we couldn’t be more pleased with the entire process, if you had a box for some thing above excellent I would be checking that box.
